Meet Your Ayurvedic Health Coach
"Without proper nutrition, medicine is of little use....With proper nutrition, medicine is of little need." -Charaka Samhita, an ancient classical text on Ayurveda
My Journey
Like many who find their calling in holistic healing, my path to becoming an Ayurvedic practitioner began with my own search for wellness. After years of seeking answers through conventional Western medicine—undergoing numerous procedures and treatments—I continued to suffer without finding true healing. My symptoms were either dismissed or masked with pharmaceuticals, leaving the root causes unaddressed and my questions unanswered.
This personal struggle awakened me to a profound truth: healing requires addressing the whole person, not just isolated symptoms. It was then that I discovered Ayurveda, the ancient "science of life" that has guided holistic wellness for over 5,000 years. Through embracing Ayurvedic principles, kundalini yoga practices, and herbal wisdom, I not only found my own path to healing but discovered my purpose—to guide others toward the same wholeness I had found.
My Approach
As a certified Ayurvedic practitioner, herbalist, kundalini yoga teacher, and lifestyle coach, I bring a multifaceted perspective to wellness that honors both ancient wisdom and contemporary needs. My practice is built on the foundational belief that food and lifestyle are medicine—powerful tools that can either promote disease or cultivate vibrant health.
I specialize in working with perimenopausal and menopausal women who, like me, have felt misdiagnosed, undiagnosed, or dismissed by conventional medical systems. These women represent a significantly underserved population whose complex symptoms are often reduced to "just aging" or addressed with one-size-fits-all hormone treatments.
Instead of this reductive approach, I offer something different: personalized guidance rooted in Ayurveda's time-tested principles that recognize each woman's unique constitution and needs. Together, we explore how specific dietary choices, daily routines, herbal supports, movement practices, and mindfulness techniques can address the root causes of imbalance during this significant life transition.
My Philosophy
I believe that true healing isn't found in quick fixes or symptom suppression but in reconnecting with our body's innate wisdom and the rhythms of nature. The perimenopausal and menopausal journey, while challenging, also represents a profound opportunity for transformation and renewed vitality when approached with the right support and knowledge.
My role is not to replace conventional medical care but to complement it by offering perspectives and practices that modern medicine often overlooks. I empower women to become active participants in their wellness journey—providing education, practical tools, and compassionate support as they rediscover balance during this pivotal life phase.
My Credentials
My practice is grounded in extensive training and certification in Ayurvedic medicine, herbal studies, and kundalini yoga. I continually deepen my knowledge through ongoing education, ensuring that my clients benefit from both timeless wisdom and emerging understandings of women's health.
However, my most valuable credential may be my lived experience—navigating my own healing journey and working intimately with women to address the complex physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of perimenopause and menopause.
My Invitation
If you're a woman in perimenopause or menopause who feels that your experience isn't being fully heard or addressed—if you're seeking approaches that honor your body's wisdom rather than simply managing symptoms—I invite you to explore how Ayurveda's ancient wisdom might illuminate your path to wellness.
Together, we can translate these time-honored practices into practical, sustainable lifestyle changes that address your unique needs and circumstances. My commitment is to provide the education, tools, and support you need to not just survive this transition but to thrive through it, emerging with greater vitality and deeper self-understanding than before.
The journey to wellness begins with a single step. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
